Our bread isn’t just gorgeous to look at.  It’s better for you, and it tastes incredible too!

Everything we make is naturally leavened with wild yeast using finely milled organic flours.

Night Work Bread is proudly based out of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Our naturally leavened (sourdough) offerings include:

Dark Crusted Country Sourdough Bread Surrounded by the ingredients used to bake it

Sourdough Bread
It's not very sour...we promise

sourdough chocolate chip cookies
loaf of sourdough cinnamon babka
close up of sourdough sesame loaf
close up of sliced sourdough olive bread

Easier to digest.

We gave up eating grains years ago because we really just couldn’t digest them.  We thought the grains were the problem, but we learned it was actually a combination of industrialized grains, farming practices and pesticides combined with modern baking shortcuts that were making the food that has been the mainstay of many cultures since ancient times totally off limits for so many people.  We learned that if you select the right types of grains, grown under the correct circumstances, and you allow them to ferment slowly, many of us can actually eat them.  And, the flavors!!  It’s a win-win.
