Night Work Bread Club FAQ's
What is the Nightwork Bread Club?
​
Bread Club is our CSB (community supported bread) and monthly subscription service committed to nourishing the greater Saratoga Springs area with the vitality of whole grain, long fermented breads.
Subscribers pay a one-time monthly fee to receive (1) loaf per week for four weeks (4 loaves in total)
Loaves will be available for pickup at your designated Saratoga area small business every Thursday after 3:00PM

Why should I join the Nightwork Bread Club?
Can’t I just go to the Farmers’ Market on Saturday and get my bread?
Yes, of course you can come to the market and buy your bread, we will be happy to see you in person! However there are some advantages to the Nightwork Bread Club including:

You will get your bread a little earlier in the week-- in time for a Friday night dinner party or similar event. Feel free to join the Bread Club AND come to the market too!

You will get our weekly Bread Club loaf. Not only will we be baking new and delicious flavors using a selection of new (to us) grains, but the Bread Club Loaves are also larger than our market loaves.

You will help to support our fledgling bakery during the winter season when the Farmers’ Market traffic drops off significantly. Bread Club members give us a small amount of guaranteed sales each week.
Where do I pick up my bread?
We currently have 2 options for pick up locations.

If you join CSB DOWNTOWN you will pick up your bread between 3pm & 6pm on Thursdays at

What if I don’t want the Bread Club variety for a given week?
Every Monday you will receive an email from us reminding you of the variety we are offering to our club members for the current week. If the selection doesn't appeal to you, we suggest you offer your loaf to someone else- friends, family and neighbors will often love to receive the large and delicious loaves we bake exclusively for our club members. Alternatively, if you contact us before Tuesday evening we can usually substitute our Country Sourdough loaf for your selection.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately we do not deliver at this time. Your weekly loaf will be available after 3:00 PM for pickup at your designated Saratoga area small business location.
How do I pay for my subscription? Does billing recur automatically?
The secure payment portal on our website will allow you to use most forms of electronic payments available. When you sign up for our club you are committing to a 3 month subscription which will be automatically billed monthly. At the end of 3 months you will need to opt-in again to renew your subscription. You can cancel your subscription after month 1 or after month 2 but we cannot cancel your subscription mid month. We suggest that you have someone else pick up your loaves if you cannot complete a full month subscription.
How will I know what variety of bread will be baked each week?
Every Monday you will receive an email from us reminding you of the variety we are offering to our club members for the current week.
Can you give me an example of some of the breads a member can expect?
Sure! Right now we are planning several new varieties, here are a few examples:
